Boeing Brazil is seeking Mid-Career Electrical and Electronics Systems - Integration Engineer reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager, working out of the São José dos Campos office.
The Mid-Career Electrical and Electronics Systems - Integration Engineer will join the Global Electrical and Electronics team to support the development and certification of transport category airplanes. Participation on development of complex electronic systems, analyzing and translating requirements into system, demonstrating compliance with relevant regulatory and customer requirements.
Also, provides guidance and activities coordination to a team representing multiple skill areas. Develops statement of work (SOW) to satisfy ongoing and new project requirements. Identifies and manages changes to SOW and assesses the impact of those changes, and incorporates changes into statement of work. Supports proposal development and leads project execution by identifying activities, resources and events required to complete the work statement. Identifies performance metrics. Plans, identifies and coordinates resources required over the life of the project. Identifies and defines plans for risk mitigation and opportunity. Compares actual results to baseline plan to assess project performance, efficiencies, productivity and lessons learned. Implements corrective actions to improve performance. Provides technical and integration leadership for the development and execution of the project.

Applies this information in a way that contributes to the organizations strategic plan and bottom line.• Drive the integration with internal and external stakeholders to develop and document complex electronic and electrical system requirements.• Analyzes and translates requirements into system architecture, hardware and software designs and interface specifications.• Leads work to test and validate to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements and meet program goals.• Helps to drive supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance with requirements.• Solves problems concerning and provides other support of fielded hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle.• Support and conduct agile routines.• Support and prepare team and project planning.
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team's discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
• Must have existing rights to work in Brazil.• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer engineering or Aerospace/Aeronautical engineering.• Proficient in both verbal and written communications skills in the English Language.• Must be registered or eligible to register with the engineering and agronomy and regional council (Conselho Regional de Engenharia e Agronomia - CREA).• Experience in Engineering Integration and Project Management.
Preferred Qualification (Desired Skills / Experience):
• Experience with CCPM (Critical Chain Project Management), Agile Methodology, Scheduling, RASIC.• Experience with commercial airplane certification, audits, design review and supplier oversight activities.• Experience working with cross functional teams.• Demonstrated project management skills within a fast paced highly integrated environment. • Work experience with one of the following tools and methods (Jira, Azure, SAFE, Scrum, MS project, theory of constraints).• Experience as a system engineer throughout the systems development process, including requirements capture, design, decomposition, integration, verification, and validation.
