Nexaminds is looking for a skilled Microsoft SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) Engineer to join us, responsible for endpoint deployment, patch management, and OS imaging.
Location: MEXICO
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft SCCM/MECM
- PowerShell scripting proficiency
- Experience remotely managing systems via WinRM (including silent remote fixes with minimal user disruption)
- Ability to read and investigate CM and Windows logs (log files and Event Viewer)
- Solid workstation troubleshooting skills (GPO conflicts, registry workarounds, app uninstall/reinstall, CM client install/repair/WMI rebuild)
- OS deployment knowledge and troubleshooting
- Basic SQL knowledge for reporting and troubleshooting queries
- WQL knowledge for CM collection creation
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Key Responsibilities
- Package and deploy applications using silent switches and/or PowerShell wrappers through CM
- Process and monitor Windows updates, troubleshooting failures at scale
- Perform OS deployments and upgrades, including troubleshooting
- Troubleshoot app deployment issues, update failures, and general client/workstation issues
- Manage CM site health, keeping distribution points and servers running
- Coordinate with application owners on update/deployment scheduling across global sites
- Work closely with security teams to remediate findings at scale and troubleshoot related failures
- Support field teams with generic client issue resolution

Skills Required
