We are seeking a talented Microsoft PowerApps Developer. This role involves developing an internal approval application while adhering to industry best practices. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and a user-focused approach to create intuitive, efficient applications. Candidates must be available during US business hours.
Responsibilities
- Develop efficient, user-friendly applications using Microsoft PowerApps/Power Platform.
- Follow industry standards and best practices in application development.
- Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces to enhance usability and minimize clicks and screens.
- Translate high-level business processes into functional applications.
- Proactively anticipate system functionality needs based on user feedback.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to bridge communication gaps and address business requirements.
- Adapt to evolving project scopes determined by weekly customer feedback.
Requirements:
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft PowerApps/Power Platform.
- Experience building applications focused on usability and simplicity.
- Expertise in designing intuitive user experiences with a focus on UI/UX.
- Strong troubleshooting and issue remediation skills.
- Ability to translate loosely defined business processes into effective functionality.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to suggest improvements based on customer needs.
- Availability to work during US business hours in a remote setting.
