Position Classification and schedule: Exempt, full-time, in San Diego, CA.
Compensation: $83,000 - $93,000 annually, depending on relevant professional experience.
Target start date: June 2024
Position Summary:
We are looking to hire a candidate with 2 – 4 years or more of professional experience. In this role, you will join a Team developing software using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Data Connectors, etc. This individual must have familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and other related technologies like Dynamics 365 and Azure.
Qualified applicants will be emailed a .NET technical assessment designed by Moebius to complete and submit for interview consideration.
Duties:

• Assist in the building of applications and services in multi-cloud environments. Evaluate and identify the best cloud solutions for the organization.
• Integrate custom applications with Power Platform solutions and various data sources, such as SharePoint, SQL databases, cloud services, and third-party applications.
• Support development of architecture for infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, Dataverse, and SharePoint.
• Unit-level and system-level testing.
• Ability to navigate a code base to find a class with little guidance.
• Understanding of basic git commands and version control.
• Use Agile-based development techniques.
• Ability to perform “peer reviews.”
• Ability to design/update features based on client feedback.
• Develop capabilities and design code with “end user” needs in mind.
• Object-oriented design/development or functional design/development. 
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen, eligible for a “Secret” level clearance Security Clearance.
• Will be required to ​​​​​obtain and maintain Security+ and Linux+ certifications. 
• At least 2 – 4 years of professional experience in software engineering, development, deployment, or sustainment experience with software-intensive systems and technologies.
• At least 2 – 4 years of professional experience developing software using Microsoft Power Platform. Proficient in solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Data Connectors, and Power Virtual Agents.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Development, Engineering, Information Technology, etc., or similar technical-based disciplines.
• Must be willing to work at the SIPR lab as needed for meetings and pushing Code.
• Although there is some flexibility, generally, employees work 40 hours per week during the core hours, 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. PST.
• Successfully complete a Moebius designed .Net assessment and participate in two virtual technical interviews.
