- Techno-functional consultant with CRM / XRM background, having worked on the MS CRM / XRM product extensively and done multiple implementations.
- Worked on different CRM / XRM versions.
- Implemented complete life cycle of least 4 to 5 projects.
- Also having done projects on premise/ cloud, support, upgrade and Migrations.
- Aware of mobility in CRM / XRM
- Knows the MS methodology well; able to articulate and understand the pain points of customer.
- Design the solution to address the pain points and deliver it is one of the key responsibilities.
- Develop solutions, resolve the issues etc.
- Should be customer facing with excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Good understanding & knowledge of Roadmap for MS CRM / XRM - on-Line version.
- Design and deliver solutions based upon client
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.

Skills Required
- Techno-functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / XRM
- Experience working on multiple CRM / XRM versions
- Implemented complete lifecycle of at least 4 to 5 CRM projects
- Experience with on-premise and cloud deployments, support, upgrades and migrations
- Awareness/experience of CRM mobility solutions
- Familiarity with Microsoft methodology and ability to understand customer pain points
- Solution design and delivery experience for CRM/XRM
- Development experience and ability to resolve CRM issues
- Customer-facing with excellent analytical and communication skills
- Knowledge of roadmap for MS CRM / XRM Online version
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent (or equivalent progressive experience)
- At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology
