- Techno-functional consultant with CRM / XRM background, having worked on the MS CRM / XRM product extensively and done multiple implementations.
- Worked on different CRM / XRM versions...
- Implemented complete life cycle of least 4 to 5 projects..
- Also having done projects on premise/ cloud, support, upgrade and Migrations..
- Aware of mobility in CRM / XRM...
- Knows the MS methodology well; able to articulate and understand the pain points of customer.
- Design the solution to address the pain points and deliver it is one of the key responsibilities.
- Develop solutions, resolve the issues etc....
- Should be customer facing with excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Good understanding & knowledge of Roadmap for MS CRM / XRM - on-Line version.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.

Skills Required
- Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft CRM / XRM product
- Experience across different CRM / XRM versions
- Implemented full lifecycle for at least 4-5 CRM projects
- Experience with on-premise and cloud CRM deployments
- Experience with support, upgrades, and migrations
- Awareness/experience of mobile CRM solutions
- Familiarity with Microsoft CRM methodology and ability to elicit customer pain points
- Ability to design solutions addressing customer pain points and deliver them
- Develop solutions and resolve CRM issues
- Customer-facing with excellent analytical and communication skills
- Good understanding of MS CRM/XRM roadmap (online version)
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) or equivalent progressive experience; at least 4 years in Information Technology
