We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Developer to join our team and lead the customization, integration, and optimization of our D365 ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications (CRM/ERP).
- Design and implement plugins, workflows, and custom entities.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and troubleshoot issues.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within Dynamics solutions.
- Provide technical documentation and user training when necessary.
- Optimize system performance and implement best practices for Dynamics development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2- 3years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer (CRM or ERP).
- Strong knowledge of C#, .NET Framework, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Azure services.
- Familiarity with SQL Server, SSRS, and data migration tools.
- Understanding of Dynamics 365 security model and role-based access.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate or similar certifications.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).
- Knowledge of business processes in Sales, Finance, or Operations modules

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
