We are seeking a mid-level Microsoft
Dynamics 365 CRM Engineer with strong experience in Dynamics 365 Sales
and Customer Service Hub, along with hands-on expertise in the Power
Platform. The ideal candidate will be proficient in customization,
configuration, and development using C# and .NET, and capable of
delivering scalable CRM solutions aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions within Microsoft
Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales & Customer Service Hub)
- Customize and configure CRM entities, forms, views, business
rules, and workflows
- Develop plugins, custom workflows, and integrations using C#
and .NET
- Build and extend solutions using Power Platform components:
- Power Apps (Model-driven apps)
- Power Pages
- Power Automate
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems and APIs
- Participate in solution design discussions and provide
technical recommendations
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize CRM applications
- Support deployment activities and manage solutions across
environments
- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business
requirements into technical solutions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365
CRM
- Strong experience with:
- Dynamics 365 Sales
- Customer Service Hub
- Proficiency in:
- C#, .NET, and plugin development
- Web services, APIs, and integrations
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform:
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Power Pages
- Experience with Dataverse and CRM data modeling
- Knowledge of solution management and deployment best practices
- Familiarity with JavaScript and HTML for CRM form customization
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with HubSpot CRM
- Exposure to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (FnO)
- Knowledge of Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service
Bus)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-200, PL-400, MB-210, MB-230)
