Working as a Microsoft D365 CE/CRM Solution Consultant at Tietoevry Tech Services is an exciting challenge. In our team, we work with many customers, from small customers with a simple business to large customers with complex solutions globally. We are now looking for Solution Consultant who wants to help our customers in their digital journey within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 business solutions.

With us you will be responsible for:

• Providing in-depth knowledge of the MS Dynamics CRM application and evaluating the customer’s business processes against the standard MS Dynamics CRM functionality
• Collaborating with customer project group to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements, aligned to business objectives, gaining full understanding of the business processes and application solution
• Managing and controlling the application configuration and customization design work to fulfill customer’s business process requirements

We expect you to have:

• Experience of working with any CRM solutions (preferably Microsoft)
• Knowledge and experience of sales or marketing processes
• Fluent spoken and written English language
• Presentation, documentation, and business process modelling skills

*Monthly salary offer will be defined based up on the candidate’s professional competence compliance with job demands.
