As a Microsoft 365 Exchange Administrator here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will be responsible for designing and evolving our technology landscape. You will report directly to our Sr IT Manager and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location. This role is eligible for hybrid work mode, except for the first 90 days.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-user and operational support, managing incidents and service requests for Aero Commercial and GCCH tenants.
- Perform periodic maintenance tasks like patching of Exchange servers, cleanup of Exchange objects etc.
- Administer Exchange Servers (on-premises) including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Manage Exchange Online and hybrid environments, including migrations.
- Administer and support GCC High (GCCH) environments, ensuring compliance with regulatory and security requirements.
- Automate tasks using PowerShell.
- Implement problem management to reduce incident tickets.
- Support business requirements by identifying and implementing solutions.
- Implement and manage RBAC for secure access control.
- Support M&A activities, including tenant migrations and integrations.
- Manage SSL/TLS certificates and ensure secure communications.
- Enforce email policies and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Apply security best practices to protect the environment.
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimisation.
- Plan and execute backup and disaster recovery strategies.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in a Microsoft 365 Exchange Administrator role, with a proven track record of delivering scalable and secure solutions.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with PowerShell scripting.
