Information Technology oversees the effective development, delivery, and operation of computing and information services. This function anticipates, plans, and delivers Information Technology solutions and strategies that enable operations and drive business value.
Software & Information Platforms manages the technical configuration, design, administration, development, implementation and support of application and information frameworks that the organization's application solutions utilize. This job family partners with Application Development & Maintenance teams and other Information Technology function teams to identify enhancements for platforms and long-term capabilities.
What is expected of you and others at this level:
Work independently and diligently to provide time sensitive support to the organization's end users for software, hardware, conference room technology and meeting support, warehouse technology, server, network, and enterprise systems issues.
Able to design, create or develop permanent solutions and/or work around to escalated/submitted issues or requests
Coordinates with user requests through discussions and coordination with internal and external resources
Provides education and trainings to users to facilitate knowledge transfer and prevent problem reoccurrence.
Maintains ownership for assigned end user productivity platforms and capabilities, such as virtual environments and collaboration toolsets, and addresses service outages.
Able to lead people on projects and other undertakings.
Create, design and present periodic and critical reports.
Provide insightful technical advice to team members and on continuous improvements on applications/tasks assigned,
Applies comprehensive knowledge of technical concepts, principles, and technologies to perform varied operational support and project-based work
Works independently on complex assignments and receives general guidance on new initiatives
Resolves a wide range of difficult technical issues through sound troubleshooting, analysis, and technical judgment
Contributes to process improvements, documentation, support standards, and operational stability
Communicates effectively and collaborates across teams to deliver reliable support and technical outcomes
Job Requirements:
6+ years of actual experience in support and development in Microsoft 365 technologies in an enterprise environment
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Security, Compliance, and Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID)
Experience handling complex technical cases, escalations, and issue resolution in a support-driven environment
Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation
Strong understanding of identity and access technologies, including Active Directory and Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID)
Experienced with ITIL-based Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes
Strong experience to cloud and on-premises technologies and operational support activities
Experience with service improvements, configuration changes, and project-based support work is an advantage
Strong troubleshooting, technical documentation, stakeholder communication, and customer support skills
Experienced in report creation/design and presentation
Relevant Microsoft certification is an advantage
Optional/Nice to Have Requirements:
Experience with Zoom, Lucid, Box, or similar collaboration and SaaS platforms
Experience with Microsoft Excel data analysis and formulas
Knowledge of Cisco IronPort or Cisco Secure Mail Appliance is an advantage
