We have an excellent opportunity for a (Senior) Manager Solution Consulting for our Digital Experience Business in The Benelux.

What you will do

  • Lead and encourage a team of pre-sales solution consultants.
  • Develop and implement strategic goals, objectives, and priorities for your team.
  • Empower your team to tackle new challenges and take calculated risks that align with our objectives.
  • Foster creativity and innovative solutions to improve customer experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with C-level collaborators from our largest strategic customers to showcase the value of Adobe’s digital experience products.
  • Serve as a critical partner for various teams within our matrix management structure, including sales and customer success.
  • Use clear metrics and achievements to ensure accountability and success within your team.

What you need to succeed

  • Proven track record of 5+ years in leading high-impact teams.
  • Strong executive presence and presentation skills, with comfort in engaging and speaking to C-suite executives.
  • Deep understanding of the SaaS industry and digital experience management.
  • Passion for solution consulting and crafting innovative customer engagements.
  • Self-starter with the ability to lead and guide a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mentality sought at achieving goals with a strategic approach to customer engagement and future-building.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch is required; proficiency in French is a plus.
