Roles & Responsibilty :
1.Develop strategic marketing plan and design marketing programs to drive the short-term and long-term growth of the business, inclusive of digital strategy.
2.Work with sales team closely to provide execution support to better utilize sales aids and medical publications.
3.Responsible for planning and executing the marketing activities within the approved operating expense level.
4.Analyse competitive environment and accessing internal competencies to formulate sustainable and competitive strategy for ITT business.
5.Engage cross functional team members, to ensure implementation of strategy and delivering performance, including long term projects collaboration with government/medical affairs team.
6. Based on solid market understanding, develop ongoing strategies to support portfolio expansion, if needed.
7.Develop solid relationships with KOLs and patient associations (if any) and ensures that common goals are set and delivered.
8.Manage strong global and regional relationships with relevant marketing and support functions within Baxter and share best practice as required.
9.Development of business tactical plans for market development growth opportunities for product/therapy assigned.
Work Qualification/Experience
- Min 5 Yrs of Experience in Marketing role in Medical device/pharma
- Atleast 10 Yrs Experience in Medical device/pharma
- Strong Business Accumen Knowledge
