Consumer Insight, Measurement & Analytics (CIMA) is a center of excellence within Disney Experiences and is leading strategy development and decision making through actionable data analytics, integration, and insights. Within CIMA, the Digital and Travel Operations Analytics (DTOA) team is focused on leveraging best practices in analytics to capture data, analyze, and optimize our digital and contact center channels to drive Guest satisfaction and business outcomes.
We are seeking a Manager, Digital Analytics with a passion for creative problem solving, analytics and digital technology. In this role you will work directly with partner teams in a fast-paced environment, conducting both planned and ad hoc analyses, consolidating performance into holistic stories, and communicating insights to a variety of audiences.
This position will support the Disneyland Resort business with a focus on the disneyland.com website, including vacation booking and ticket purchase experience, leads multiple direct reports and reports to the Sr. Manager, Digital Analytics. What you will do:
Interpret digital performance as part of a the business story, inclusive of observations, key insights, and recommendations
Present findings to partners and executives
Lead deep dive analyses of user behavior across the digital ecosystem
Support partners through regular reporting as well as ad-hoc analyses
Lead creation of digital tracking strategies for mobile app enhancements, and coordinate with developers on delivery of tracking solutions
Act as subject matter expert of Adobe Analytics implementation strategy
Recommend optimization tactics based on analyses
Manage prioritization for team adjusting to changing business priorities
Develop relationships with partners to enable holistic storytelling
Create compelling presentations to highlight analysis and tell the story
Proactively drive innovation in the digital analytics space
Required Qualifications & Skills:
5+ years of analytical experience
3+ years of digital analytics tool use such as Adobe or Google Analytics
Experience defining mobile application or website analytics tracking requirements
Independent time management and prioritization skills
Experience leading a team
Ability to derive actionable insights from data and effectively guide decision-making
Strong understanding of segmentation as it relates to digital analytics core principles
Ability to excel as a team player in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Knowledge of relational database concepts
Expert knowledge of digital analytics KPIs
Proactive problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to own analytical projects from ideation to completion
Ability to work with ambiguity
Bachelor's degree in analytical/quantitative field (e.g. Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, etc.)
Required Education:
8+ years of analytical experience
5+ years of of digital analytical tool use such as Adobe or Google Analytics
Experience in the travel industry
MBA or Master's degree in a quantitative field

The hiring range for this position in Anaheim California is $148,500.00-$180,600.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
