Job Overview
Apply deep expertise in data science to evaluate new statistical or technological approaches that contribute to the strategic initiatives of the organization. This role requires strong technical skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work with large-scale data in a dynamic environment.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) across various systems and databases, supporting key large-scale projects.
- Lead the development of innovative analytical methodologies and provide advanced methodological support.
- Apply advanced machine learning techniques—including supervised and unsupervised models, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP)—to derive insights from large datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business intelligence and data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field; Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related disciplines preferred.
- Currently studying or with foundational knowledge in Statistics.
- Proven experience with Python and/or R for data modeling and manipulation.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation.
- Experience with Azure, Cloudera, and Databricks platforms.
- Familiarity with Generative AI is desirable.
- Exposure to healthcare, life sciences, clinical trials, or pharmaceutical data is highly preferred.
- Experience with Master & Reference Data Management.
- Strong understanding of machine learning techniques, including deep learning and NLP.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. (desirable)
