1. Support to establish and continuous improvement site management system

2. Support to communicate and work preparation with local government, Obey and comply with HSE regulation requirement; take implementation with HSE procedure requirement in the daily work.

3. Provide support to admin and operation management

5. Responsible for collecting and analyzing production data reports, providing corresponding improvement suggestions, driving the improvement

6. Assist the group leader in completing the weekly/daily production plan scheduling，and continue to optimize daily task arrangement

7. Lead the CI projects related to the production cell, leveraging Lean production and 6 Sigma tools for continuous improvement.
