职位描述
作为制造部主管，你是生产运作的掌控者，数据的分析师，产品质量和产量的执行者，各个部门的协调者，你将：
• 带领你的一线生产团队完成生产目标，使命必达，共同成长。
• 实时跟进生产状况，与工程/品管/技术等部门合作解决产品和生产相关问题。
• 负责TI成都和TI全球工厂的各种项目，实现效率提升，制造成本降低与生产交期改善。
• 有机会参与或者领导工厂自动化项目。

• 本科及以上学历，2020-2026年毕业， 专业不限;
• 对半导体行业有热情，对芯片制造感兴趣，能接受无尘车间工作环境；
• 能接受白夜班倒班（上两天休息两天，白班夜班两个月轮换一次，白班7：45 ~ 20：00, 夜班 19：45 ~ 8：00）
• 较强的组织、沟通、协调能力，团队精神和抗压能力
• 能够用英语读写交流，熟练使用Excel，PowerPoint等办公软件。

Skills Required
