Responsibilities
- Ensure a best-in-class recruiting experience while working directly with candidates, interviewers, and college career centers
- Manage the scheduling of virtual interviews for North America recruiting efforts (including scheduling through our ATS (Greenhouse)
- Post jobs on firm website and school job boards; update as necessary
- Assist with generating and processing confidential offer documents
- Manage the campus and recruiting email inbox, including responding to student and staff questions
- Support the recruiting team on key projects and deliverables as necessary including but not limited to calendar management, coordination of meetings, and preparation of firm presentations
- Track HR and recruiting programs including attendance and attendee feedback
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel,
- Prior administrative work experience required
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow up
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication and organization skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Trustworthy and able to act with discretion when handling sensitive, confidential information
- Customer service mindset and a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals
