As a Method TEC Engineer, you will:
- Improve maintenance performance across SMQDC (Safety, Machine, Quality, Delivery, Cost).
- Strengthen equipment reliability (MTBF, MTTR, RCA, reducing recurrent breakdowns & downtime).
- Develop, standardize, and optimize maintenance methods, procedures, and planning.
- Lead scheduling and maintenance planning activities.
- Ensure spare parts readiness including PM parts, breakdown parts, and obsolescence management.
- Promote M‑Foundation culture: ownership, autonomy, preventive mindset, and structured problem-solving.
- Benchmark best practices across plants and ensure compliance through internal audits.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and provide method support in problem-solving meetings.
- Contribute to competency development by supporting the TEC Manager with training plans and skill matrices.
- Collaborate closely with Technical, Production, Safety, Quality, IE, Procurement, and equipment suppliers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial Management, Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields).
- 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or complex industrial environments.
- Experience with TPM or maintenance performance management is a strong advantage.
- Strong problem‑solving and RCA skills; analytical reporting and presentation abilities.
- Good command of English.
- Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD and Microsoft Project (intermediate level).
- Strong communication, decision‑making, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- High ownership, adaptability, and commitment to delivering results.
- Experience in reliability engineering, maintenance method development, or continuous improvement.
