  • Production flow updates.
  • Use of MSO, WinSCP, WinMerge, etc.
  • Compile and edit Control Plan submissions.
  • Submit files to SAP.
  • Communicate with Engineering/Production/IT staff.
  • Work with team to complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry.
  • Check source documents for accuracy.
  • Verify data and correct where necessary.
  • Update data.
  • Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required.
  • Enter data from source documents into defined computer database, files and forms.
  • Transcribe information into required electronic format.
  • Update and submit documents into document management systems or databases.
  • Communicate with requestors to verify data or obtain additional information.
  • Check completed work for accuracy.
  • Work with a team to verify accuracy and make corrections.
  • Store completed documents in designated locations.
  • Maintain logs or records of activities and tasks via Service Now platform.
  • Respond to requests for information and access relevant files.
  • Comply with data integrity/security policies and maintain class updates.

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $31 to $43.
  • Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.

  • This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
