Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-sales support for customer digitalization transformation communication;
- Pre-sales support for presenting and demonstrating our industry 4.0 MES solution to potential customers or customers;
- Visit customers for on-site consulting work, including collecting and communicating customer needs and information, diagnosing and analyzing customer problems, and making digital solutions;
- Project bidding related technical work;
- Support marketing activities including trade shows, seminars and make product promotional materials;
- Work together with global product management to collect customer needs in the Chinese market and analyze market trends;
- Track competitors’ activities and analyze competitors' products.
Requirements
- Bachelor or above, major in Software Engineering, Information technology, Computer Science, Electronics, MBA, Automation, Industrial Engineering or Machinery;
- 5+ years SEMI front end or back end or PCB manufacturing knowledge and experience;
- 5+ years software/IT experience and better if you have MES and consulting experience;
- Good communication skills and strong solution presentation ability;
- CET 4 or above, competence of oral and written English;
- Able to frequently travel.
