Responsibilities:
- Analyze customers’ specific production scenarios and provide recommendations for MES system modeling and configuration;
- Lead project implementation, including issue tracking, business process mapping, system and custom feature debugging, and technical documentation writing;
- Train end users on system functionality and provide technical support for advanced product adoption;
- Maintain effective communication with project team members and coordinate on-site customer resources;
- Work closely with the Project Manager to deliver solutions to customers on schedule;
- Collaborate closely with the headquarters development team to resolve product-related issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Automation, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing operations; minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in MES (or related systems) within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong structured thinking and analytical skills, along with excellent communication and technical writing abilities.
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- CET-4 or equivalent English proficiency; strong reading and writing skills in English.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently as required by project needs.
- Prior experience leading or participating in end-to-end MES implementation projects is preferred.
- Industry experience in semiconductor manufacturing, electronics, or medical devices is a plus.
