MES Consultant

Inteldot is a leading provider of System Integration and Staffing Services, specializing in Operational Technology (OT), Information Technology (IT), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and Data Historians for the Life Sciences and Manufacturing industries. We are currently seeking experienced MES Consultants with experience in PAS-X to support an ongoing project.

Position Overview:
MES professionals with PAS-X experience to support a project in a remote or hybrid model for a client on the West Coast of the USA. The role will encompass various responsibilities, including Project Management, MES Design, System Administration, Validation, and System Integration.

Key Responsibilities:

Depending on expertise, candidates may be responsible for:

• Project Management: Leading MES implementation projects, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery, and managing risks.
• MES Design: Developing MES workflows, configuring PAS-X, and optimizing system performance.
• MES System Ownership: Overseeing system lifecycle management, ensuring compliance, and managing change control.
• MES System Administration: Configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting PAS-X environments, including user access management and system upgrades.
• Validation & Compliance: Supporting system validation, writing test scripts (IQ/OQ/PQ), executing validation protocols, and ensuring compliance with GMP and 21 CFR Part 11.
• System Integration: Integrating PAS-X MES with ERP (SAP), LIMS, SCADA, and other manufacturing systems.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience with MES is required, previous PAS-X experience is a plus.
• Background in one or more areas: Project Management, MES Design, System Administration, Validation, or System Integration.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industries.
• Experience with SAP, LIMS, SCADA, Data Historians and other manufacturing systems is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely or in a hybrid model with occasional travel if needed.

Preferred Certifications:

• PAS-X experience (preferred).
• PMP, Six Sigma, or Agile certifications (for Project Management roles).
• GAMP 5 or CSV training and experience (for Validation roles).
