Job Responsibilities:
JOB SUMMARY:
The MES Analyst is responsible for the implementation, support, configuration, optimization, and continuous improvement of the MES System (Solidat). This role acts as a liaison between Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering and IT to ensure accurate data capture, system reliability, and alignment with production and compliance requirements.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support daily operations of the MES, ensuring system availability, accuracy, and performance
  • Configure and maintain MES workflows, routings, and production parameters
  • Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering and Materials to gather system requirements and translate them into MES solutions
  • Troubleshoot MES issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
  • Support system integration with ERP, PLC's and other manufacturing systems
  • Create and maintain MES documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and system configurations
  • Support data integrity, traceability, and electronic batch records where applicable
  • Develop and deliver MES reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support manufacturing performance
  • Train end users and provide ongoing system support

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Support and Implementation of MES platforms such as Solidat
  • Rockwell PLC programming
  • Linux Systems and PostgreSQL

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
  • Knowledge of ERP Systems; TRANS4M and SAP
  • Familiarity with validation, change control, and data integrity principles
  • Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement experience
