Requirements

Main Responsibilities

  • Translate corporate strategy into a dynamic M&A blueprint aligned with Excelya’s growth ambitions
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential targets through market mapping, outreach, and CRM management
  • Screen and qualify targets using strategic, financial, and cultural criteria to ensure alignment with Excelya’s values and goals

You will also work in:

  • Shape deals and develop pre-LOI business cases, including synergy modeling, valuation guardrails, and integration roadmaps
  • Coordinate diligence workstreams and support deal execution from LOI to signing
  • Ensure Day-1 readiness and contribute to post-merger integration planning and execution
  • Track benefits and lessons learned to continuously improve Excelya’s M&A playbook

About You:

  • Experience: Proven experience managing M&A processes end-to-end, ideally in healthcare or life sciences across Europe and high-growth geographies
  • Skills: Strong strategic thinking, financial modeling, stakeholder coordination, CRM pipeline management, and communication skills
  • Education: Background in business, finance, strategy, or a related field is a strong asset
  • Languages: Fluency in English is required, French fluency as well as any other European languages are a plus
