We’re looking for an experienced Unity Playable Ads Developer to build high-quality, interactive ad experiences that capture the essence of our games and drive strong performance.You’ll work closely with the Creative team to develop fast, fun, and visually engaging playable ads across multiple genres.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Develop Playables
  • Build a wide range of 2D and 3D playable ads and interactive endcards from creative briefs.
  • Implement gameplay logic, interaction systems, ad flow, and in-editor config tools using Unity + C#.
  • Apply OOP, SOLID, and design patterns (singleton, observer, facade, object pooling, etc.) for clean, maintainable code.

  • Creative Execution
  • Collaborate with Artists & Motion Designers to integrate animations, VFX, SFX, and polished interaction flows.
  • Recreate the core mechanic, emotion, and fun factor of the original game inside the playable.
  • Build multiple creative and gameplay variations to support A/B testing and performance optimization.

  • Optimization & Delivery
  • Optimize loading time, runtime performance, asset usage, and memory for smooth gameplay on mobile.
  • Ensure builds meet all ad network requirements (IronSource, AppLovin, Mintegral, Google, etc.).
  • Debug issues, fix rejections, and ensure stable, clean WebGL builds.

  • Tools, Tracking & Workflow
  • Implement event tracking and verify key interactions via Luna Playwork.
  • Create Unity Playworks templates and reusable systems to speed up production.
  • Maintain clean version control practices (Git) and integrate 3rd-party SDKs when needed.
  • Use AI tools to speed up asset handling and creative exploration where relevant.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong proficiency in Unity and C#, with experience building playable ads or mobile games.
  • Solid knowledge of Unity 2D/3D, animation controllers, particle systems, physics, and timeline
  • Good understanding of game art fundamentals, animation timing, VFX, and UI/UX for interactive experiences.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows for asset generation, texture upscaling, background removal, animation enhancement, or prototype visualization (e.g., Stability, Runway, Photoshop AI, or similar).
  • Ability to use AI prompt tools to quickly create placeholder assets, UI variations, or concept references for playable exploration.
  • Willingness to adopt new AI tools and integrate them into development workflows to improve speed, iteration, and creative experimentation.
  • Basic proficiency in Photoshop or equivalent tools for minor asset adjustments.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates technical capability, creativity, and shipped playables or prototypes.
  • Portfolio showcasing shipped playable ads, prototypes, or interactive projects built in Unity.
  • Genuinely loves playing games, understanding game art, animation timing, and VFX principles to bring creative ideas to life.
  • Basic proficiency AI prompt or equivalent tools for asset handling and integration.
  • Portfolio showcasing playable ads, prototypes, or interactive experiences that demonstrate both technical expertise and creative execution.
