Role Summary
We are looking for an MEP Engineer for on-site execution and coordination of Mechanical & Electrical
works (primary focus) along with Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems.
This is a hands-on site role, suitable for engineers with practical
execution experience in real estate or commercial projects.
Key
Responsibilities
MEP Execution
& Coordination
- Execute and supervise Electrical &
Mechanical works at site
- Coordinate with civil, structural, and
finishing teams to avoid service clashes
- Ensure work execution as per approved
drawings and site requirements
Electrical
Systems (Primary Focus)
- Supervise LT works, panels, cabling,
earthing, lighting & power layouts
- Assist in testing and commissioning
activities
- Coordinate with electrical contractors
and vendors
Mechanical /
Plumbing / Fire Fighting
- Supervise execution of plumbing,
drainage, and fire-fighting systems
- Monitor installation of hydrants,
sprinklers, pumps, and piping
- Coordinate with consultants and
contractors for smooth progress
Quality, Safety
& Site Monitoring
- Conduct routine quality checks and site
inspections
- Ensure safety norms and site practices
are followed
- Identify site issues early and coordinate
for timely resolution
Billing &
Documentation (Basic)
- Verify contractor measurements and bills
- Maintain basic site records, daily
progress updates, and drawings
- Support material planning and
coordination with stores/purchase team
Requirements
Education
- Diploma or Graduate in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
(B.E./B.Tech not mandatory)
Experience
- 3+ years of site experience in:
- Residential / high-rise real estate
projects, or
- Commercial projects
- Hands-on execution exposure preferred
(not a design-only role)
Key Skills
- Good working knowledge of Electrical
& Mechanical systems
- Ability to read and understand basic
MEP drawings
- Contractor & vendor coordination
