Key Responsibilities
- Operate and support LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi and site connectivity across MENAI, with strong hands-on exposure to Aruba / HPE environments.
- Own the reliability and standardization of AV and meeting room infrastructure, supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms and executive meetings.
- Support server and data center infrastructure (physical and virtual), including lifecycle activities, upgrades, and basic DR support.
- Provide operational support and exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS & Microsoft Azure), working with global platform and cloud teams.
- Ensure infrastructure services comply with security, access control, patching, and vulnerability management requirements.
- Act as Level 2/3 escalation for infrastructure incidents, driving RCA and permanent fixes.
- Manage incidents, problems, and changes using ServiceNow, ensuring SLA adherence and clear documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, telecoms, and global IT teams to deliver stable, cost‑effective services across all MENAI countries.

Skills Required
- Hands-on experience operating and supporting LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi and site connectivity
- Strong hands-on exposure to Aruba / HPE networking environments
- Experience owning AV and meeting room infrastructure, supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms
- Support experience with server and data center infrastructure (physical and virtual), lifecycle and basic DR support
