Position Overview:
As ADI expands into new product and market segments, the Micro Electro-Mechanical Systems Technology Group (MEMS TG) is looking for a Mixed-Signal/Analog Layout Engineer based in Wilmington, MA. Who will be responsible for designing high performance mixed-signal ASICs & packages targeted for accelerometer and gyroscope applications in industrial, automotive, consumer, healthcare, and aerospace & defense markets.

The RoleAs a Mixed-Signal/Analog Layout Engineer, you will perform a full range of product development activities including, but not limited to:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Working within a Mixed-Signal design team and collaborating with engineers locally and in other locations.
- Generate and deliver clean and complex layouts on the block level for Mixed-Signal/Analog circuits in 180nm and 40nm CMOS and DMOS technologies.
- Layout of ultra-low power high performance circuits, including current mirror, amplifier, comparator, voltage reference, switched-capacitor, LDO etc. With particular attention to device matching, overall layout symmetry and parasitics from routing and placement.
- Layout of high-performance MEMS Sensors.
- Create new custom package designs, including reference PCB design & 3D Mechanical design.
- BSEE degree or equivalent and 1+ years of proven experience in Mixed-Signal/Analog full custom layout at IC and package level.
- Knowledge of device physics and semiconductor processing.
- Experience in use of tools like Cadence Virtuoso, Allegro, AutoCAD & 3D modeling.
- Experience in interpretation and debug of verification.
- Must have a keen eye for details.
- Passionate about Analog layout.

Shift Type: 1st Shift/DaysThe expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $92,880 to $127,710.
Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
