Responsibilities- Fallabschließende Bearbeitung von Versicherungsfällen aus dem Bereich Personenschäden
- Sichtung und strukturierte Erfassung medizinischer Unterlagen.
- Extraktion relevanter Informationen (z. B. Diagnosen, ICD-10-Codes, Behandlungsdaten).
- Prüfung der Unterlagen auf Vollständigkeit und formale Plausibilität.
- Nachforderung fehlender Informationen per Telefon oder schriftlich.
- Sorgfältige Dokumentation und Vorbereitung der Fälle für nachgelagerte Prozesse.
- Flexible Unterstützung im Bereich Medical Services
- Medizinstudent:in oder Ausbildung im medizinischen Bereich (z. B. MFA, Pflegekraft)
- Sehr gutes Verständnis medizinischer Terminologie – auch bei handschriftlichen Arztberichten.
- Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools
- Strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Freude an klaren Prozessen, Dokumentation und Detailarbeit.
