THE WORK

As a Medior Consultant Cloud HCM ( in areas of Core HR, Talent or Recruitment) you are an integral member of our Oracle Business Group within our Technology embranchment. Together you will be implementing the next generation of advanced Oracle Cloud HCM solutions within multidisciplinary and highly driven (inter)national teams. This allows our clients to become high-performance organizations. During your job you will be working on challenging projects with components like implementation, application development, application management and application services. 

You will work with experienced end users that know the ins and outs of the business processes and owners to establish the best solution to create value using Oracle Applications. Forming a link between the client and the development teams describe you and based on your experience, you can take the lead and responsibility to deliver (a significant part of) the project you are enrolled in.

Within the projects, you will be going through an entire lifecycle. From understanding the needs from the business to setting up the requirements, creating the solution design, building, and testing the software, initiating the deployment and the corresponding go-live of the desired functionalities.

People

During the projects you will work with stakeholders like developers, (experienced) end users, application/functional managers and management staff in order to create the desired solution that helps the business to do their work in a more digitalized, smart and efficient way.

Processes

You see great chances in making business processes even better by optimizing these with the wishes of the (experienced) business users in mind. Topics like ease of use, security, cost saving and scalability are known to you.

Technology

The newest Oracle best-in-class services across software as a service (SaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), and infrastructure as a service (IaaS) will be available for you to put in practice at our client projects. Oracle Cloud HCM helps clients to drive innovation and business transformation by increasing business agility, lowering costs and reducing IT complexity.

Data

You carry responsibility for assessing (a part of) and maintaining the quality standard of the data for our clients in different OTAP environments. Thinking along with applying analytics and implementing it in order to address the challenges faced by our customers can also play a role.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree;
  • 2-4 years working experience with Oracle HCM Cloud in areas of Core HR, Talent or Recruitment;
  • Fluency in Dutch and English language (written and spoken);
  • Good analytical and communication skills. You have a problem-solving mentality and are able to quickly adopt to new technologies;
  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE

  • Experience in change management is a plus;
  • Experience with working in agile oriented environments;
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle related software.
