We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Media Traffic Lead to manage asset delivery workflows across client platforms and within the content optimization team. This role is essential for managing data integrity across tools such as Media Central, Quip, Airtable, and a large Excel-based tracker ("Mission Control"). Serve as the primary point of contact for identifying and escalating issues, while owning the centralized media taxonomy and delivery platform. Fully integrate into each team you support, developing a deep understanding of both the brands and the people behind them.

Liaise with PMs and Producers to resolve missing assets or naming errors.
Manager and oversee the Mission Control document or platform to adhere to streamlined delivery.
Communicate with stakeholders (e.g., Carat and Dentsu) to request or update line items.
Support data hygiene, dropdown functionality, and taxonomy within Excel sheets.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
5+ year in a production support, coordination, trafficking, or admin role at a media company
Experience with creative optimization and media testing.
Advanced Excel skills, including filters, formulas, and data validation.
Ability to focus on detail-heavy tasks with minimal supervision.
Tech-savvy and understanding of AI and content optimization technologies
Eligible for a background check (required to access client systems).
Based in a location where shipping a client-issued Mac device is feasible.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage repetitive workflows while maintaining focus and accuracy.
Familiarity with platforms such as Quip, Airtable, Lucid, MS Excel, and similar data tools.
Knowledge of taxonomy or naming conventions for digital asset management and various media types.
Experience coordinating tasks with cross-functional and offshore teams.
Strong written communication skills and ability to escalate or clarify project needs.
