JOB SUMMARY:
As the Strategy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing comprehensive media strategies for our clients. Your expertise in strategic planning and ability to craft impactful plans will contribute to the success of our media campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.

Location:
Candidates must be located in Illinois, Texas, Colorado, or Michigan. For individuals based in our Michigan and Illinois locations, this will be a hybrid role, requiring both in-office and remote work. For candidates in Texas and Colorado, this position will be fully remote.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the development of media strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align with client goals and objectives.
  • Craft detailed and innovative media plans, considering target audiences, channels, and budget allocation to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage internal processes linking plans to activation.
  • Act as a strategic partner for clients, understanding their business objectives, and translating them into actionable media strategies.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends to inform and enhance media strategy development.
  • Work closely with the finance team to manage and optimize media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation across channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Creative, Media Buying, and Analytics, to ensure seamless integration of media strategies into overall campaigns.
  • Utilize data and analytics to monitor and analyze the performance of media campaigns, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and media innovations, integrating new ideas into strategic planning.


Requirements
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

  • Proven experience in strategic planning, with the ability to develop innovative and effective media strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills, using data to inform decision-making and optimize media plans.
  • Excellent client management skills, with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and plans.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing client needs and industry dynamics.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • 1-2 years working in paid media strategy and planning.


The hiring range for this discipline within our industry is $60,000 to $80,000. Where an employee is paid within this range will depend on multiple factors including, but not limited to location, years of experience, education, internal pay structure, and other contributing factors.
