ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Media Strategist at AdAction, you will drive the effectiveness of our campaigns and media monetization efforts. You will play a crucial role in supporting campaign strategy, fostering product growth through collaboration, and addressing performance issues with innovative solutions. Your analytical skills will help uncover insights for optimizing campaigns, while your proactive approach will enhance reporting and data delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and own media strategies that maximize the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and media supply monetization
  • Support day-to-day operational activities and projects, as needed
  • Collaborate with Product and Business Development to push insights and enable product growth and innovation
  • Monitor performance and regularly optimize advertising campaigns and collaborate with internal teams to drive solutions, as needed.

  • Always be innovating. Take a leading role in the development, testing and positioning of new Media products and features.
  • Work with the rest of the Solutions team to ensure optimal campaign setup and monitor campaigns for quality assurance.
  • Utilize data to uncover insights that lead to meaningful campaign optimizations.
  • Proactively share knowledge with and offer learning opportunities to the Solutions team.
  • Collaborate with Business Intelligence to fulfill reporting and analysis needs and improve the delivery and structure of data. Proactively address and solve issues of unclear, inefficient, or missing reporting.


EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years in media strategy or digital marketing, proficient in ad tech solutions, media buying platforms, and campaign management tools; familiarity with SQL and Excel is necessary.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations effectively to clients and internal teams.
  • Creative and strategic problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving projects to completion.
  • A passion for staying updated with industry trends and continuously seeking innovative solutions to improve media strategies and campaign performance.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

Annual Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 *
*Compensation will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the applicant.
