We’re hiring – Media Specialist (Lisbon)

We’re looking for a Media Specialist to join our Lisbon team and help us plan and deliver impactful campaigns across 360º media channels.

Job Description

The aim of this role is to support the definition and guarantee the correct materialization of the Media strategy, in the planning, implementation, monitoring, optimisation and reporting activities - in an efficient and appropriate way for the client's business and communication objectives.

What you’ll do

  • Support the Account Lead developing 360º media strategies
  • Develop and implement offline media strategies (TV, radio, print, outdoor)
  • Manage clients and supplier relationships
  • Analyse performance and optimize campaigns based on data and KPIs
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure excellence

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree, concentration in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications preferred. 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles
  • Strong knowledge of the digital and offline media market in Portugal
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Great communication skills and team spirit
  • Ability to build great relationships with colleagues, clients, vendors, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Experience with Excel and MediaMonitor tools (mandatory)
