On behalf of our client, Stingray Media Productions, we are looking for a Media Sales Strategist to join their team in Sydney, Nova Scotia.

About Our Client:
Stingray is one of Canada's leading music, media, and technology companies, helping businesses connect with customers through an innovative portfolio of radio, digital, streaming, social media, video, and advertising solutions.
With a strong presence throughout Atlantic Canada, Stingray has earned a reputation for building lasting client relationships, supporting local communities, and creating rewarding careers. Their Cape Breton team is close-knit, collaborative, and deeply connected to the businesses they serve, making this an exceptional opportunity for someone looking to build a meaningful career while making a real impact in their community.

The Opportunity:
If you're looking for a sales career where relationships matter, your earning potential is unlimited, and no two days look the same, keep reading.

As one of only two Media Sales Strategists supporting the Cape Breton region, you'll step into an established territory with long-standing client relationships and tremendous opportunity for future growth. This position has become available as part of a planned retirement, creating a rare opportunity to join a team where people build long, rewarding careers.

Working alongside an experienced and supportive Sales Manager, you'll receive the mentorship, training, and resources needed to build a successful career while representing one of Canada's most comprehensive multimedia marketing portfolios. From radio and digital advertising to streaming audio, connected TV, Google Ads, YouTube, social media, and programmatic advertising, you'll help local businesses connect with their customers through customized marketing solutions.

While you'll inherit an established portfolio of clients, the real opportunity lies in what you build from it. We're looking for someone who sees potential, enjoys opening new doors, and is motivated by creating long-term growth through meaningful client relationships.

The Ideal Candidate:
You're someone who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and becoming part of the local business community. Whether your background is in consultative sales, account management, marketing, or business development, you're naturally curious, ask great questions, and enjoy helping clients find solutions that make a real difference to their business. You're self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing your own schedule while knowing you have a supportive team behind you. Most importantly, you're looking for more than your next sales job. You're looking for a company where you can continue learning, build lasting relationships, and create a long-term career with a team that's invested in your success.

Responsibilities:
