🎯 Propósito del rol
Liderar la comercialización del portafolio publicitario de Tigo Media, que incluye plataformas como Tigo Sports, canales internacionales, SMS y la app de Tigo Sports.
Serás responsable de diseñar e implementar estrategias de venta efectivas que maximicen la rentabilidad del inventario publicitario y aseguren el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales.
📌 Responsabilidades principales
Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias comerciales para impulsar la venta del inventario publicitario.
Identificar oportunidades de negocio y generar reuniones con clientes para presentar propuestas y concretar cierres.
Asegurar una gestión postventa efectiva, garantizando la satisfacción y fidelización de los clientes.
Supervisar y acompañar al equipo de ventas, impulsando su desarrollo y desempeño.
Garantizar el cumplimiento de los KPIs y metas comerciales.
Revisar y validar pautas y solicitudes publicitarias para asegurar una correcta ejecución
Promover una cultura de colaboración, alto rendimiento y enfoque al cliente dentro del equipo.
🧠 Requisitos
Educación: Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Mercadeo o carreras afines.
Experiencia: De 3 a 5 años en roles comerciales, idealmente en medios, publicidad o telecomunicaciones.
Habilidades: Inglés intermedio.
Liderazgo y gestión de equipos.
Visión estratégica y orientación a resultados.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
