Job Description

  • Lead the team to steward the business and deliver against client objectives and satisfaction
  • Ensure media deliverables are met on time and within budget and align with the client’s objectives
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of client category, brands, and specific requests to provide appropriate input and direction to the agency units driving the entire communication planning process
  • Keep abreast of the development and trends in the ever-changing media landscape. Take a digital-first approach is an essential competency ability to structure innovation plans to improve effectiveness and efficiency for media investments
  • Fully understand and interpretation of media system, research, market data, and manage 3rd Party audits
  • Build and Coach team effectiveness by providing a clear definition of what’s expected and identifying the people with the right skills and capabilities
  • Take entrepreneurial calculated risks and act on opportunities that lead to significant gains for the business

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Communication Arts/Journalism/ Marketing/ Statistics or related Field
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a media agency, client management, strong leadership skills, and a digital-first mindset
  • Knowledgeable about and experienced with the concepts, approaches, and issues involved in integrated planning
  • Adaptive and keen to learn on the digital eco-system
  • Ability to work successfully with teams, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure
  • Knowledgeable about new approaches to and developments in digital tactical planning, some specialist planning/strategy background is a bonus
  • Able to tap into proprietary consumer insight applications or alternative sources for more in-depth analysis
