Your Role:
What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage and organize reports, data entry, and other essential tasks related to Media Operations
- Execute placement activation to ensure the successful implementation of Campaigns
- Manage escalated customer issues and complex cases
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Deliver excellent service and meet SLAs
- Collaborate across the organization
- Ensure timely execution of special projects
- Display an agile personality, demonstrating the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Proven experience in operations, administrative or a similar role, preferably within the marketing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of media placement activation and campaign execution processes.
- Familiarity with content development and understanding of audience targeting strategies.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated agility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools for media operations and campaign management.
