Job Summary
Juice Media is seeking a skilled Media Operations (Ops) Business Associate to support our Finance and Media Operations functions. This role is responsible for the maintenance associated with media purchases across multiple channels (TV, radio, digital, out of home & print), outlets, and accounts.
Responsibilities

  • Manage Media Discrepancies: Independently investigate and resolve discrepancies between media buys and vendor reports, ensuring accurate data.
  • Oversee Affidavit Management: Develop and implement processes for accurate affidavit ingestion, verification, and retrieval from vendors.
  • Lead Vendor Operations: Own the vendor management workflow, including onboarding, qualification, and ensuring adherence to credit adjustments.
  • Drive Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement improvements in administrative tasks and workflows, optimizing processes for vendors, traffic, and buying systems.
  • Foster Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal departments, keeping them informed and fostering collaboration for smooth operations.
  • Champion Transparency and Progress: Develop and issue comprehensive internal status reports to ensure transparency and track progress towards goals.
  • Proactive Issue Management: Monitor workflows and proactively identify and address potential issues, alerting management for timely solutions.
  • Prioritize and Manage Workload: Effectively manage workload, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records to ensure efficiency.
  • Independent Learning and Development: Take initiative to learn about Juice Media processes, systems, tools, and policies for continuous improvement.
  • Support Finance Team: Provide direct support to the Finance team by fulfilling ad-hoc requests for invoices, particularly those required for audits.
  • Assist in the development of workflows and processes to increase efficiency and enhance cross-departmental communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and/or relevant work or internship experience, preferably with 1-2 years of Media Agency experience
  • A problem solver with the ability to develop creative solutions
  • Able to learn and use new systems and tools quickly
  • Able to communicate effectively and interact professionally throughout all departments within the organization
  • Excellent follow through skills and time management skills
  • Proven ability to increase efficiencies and implementing / improving processes
  • Strong collaborative skills, positive attitude, high energy, results orientation
  • Must be organized, detail oriented, hardworking, and self-motivated
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel in particular). Media buying platforms (MediaOcean, CORE, Strata...) a plus

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $51,408.00 - $84,456.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
