Media Manager
About the opportunityWe support lead generation, audience intelligence, and marketing workflows for businesses, including legal and financial services firms.
We are seeking a Media Manager who can own both paid advertising and organic content/social media. You will connect campaign budgets, creative execution, content publishing, and reporting to qualified-lead and business goals. This role suits someone who can work directly in advertising accounts, make practical optimization decisions, and keep a consistent content program moving.
What you will do- Plan, launch, and optimize approved paid campaigns while controlling budget pacing and documenting changes.
- Build content calendars and develop copy and creative briefs for social posts, campaigns, video, and landing pages.
- Coordinate creative production, publish approved content, and manage community activity through established escalation processes.
- Connect platform reporting with CRM and call-tracking outcomes to evaluate qualified leads and campaign economics.
- Run structured tests and present clear weekly findings, recommendations, and next steps.
- Follow privacy, platform-policy, licensing, and legal advertising review procedures.
- Four or more years of relevant digital marketing experience, including direct responsibility for paid campaigns and organic content or social media.
- Demonstrated experience owning campaign budgets, optimization decisions, and reporting tied to business outcomes.
- Hands-on proficiency with major advertising platforms, including at least one of Meta Ads or Google Ads, and the ability to learn additional approved channels.
- Ability to plan and publish channel-specific content and develop clear copy, creative briefs, and editorial calendars.
- Working knowledge of analytics, conversion tracking, UTMs, CRM attribution, and spreadsheet-based campaign analysis.
- Availability for a full-time schedule during U.S. Eastern Time business hours, including daylight saving changes.
Legal or financial services marketing, B2B lead generation, experience across both Meta and Google Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, CRM attribution, call tracking, and creative coordination are helpful. A relevant degree or equivalent experience and platform certifications are welcome.
