Job Description

The purpose of this role is to ensure the proper connection between the business leadership on the clients and the media management.

The focus is on building brilliant and effective strategies to achieve clients' goals, leveraging on publishers and agency-owned products&solutions and fitting with commercial priorities.

The role contributes to the company's growth elevating the quality of strategy and solutions, thus enabling growth both organic on existing clients and through pitch and new business.

Qualifications

Key responsibilities:

  • Becoming a trusted partner for our client by fostering a strong relationship through strong communication and collaboration.
  • Overseeing media strategies and operations on existing clients, leading the teams dedicated to clients and interacting with all the stakeholders and contributors needed to deliver effective and comprehensive strategies.
  • Building brilliant and effective strategies for pitch and/or new business, with the same approach as above.
  • Developing solid and continuative relationships with publishers and solutions providers


Key skills:

  • 10+ years of overall experience
  • Strategic mindset and thinking
  • Strong offline media background, digital knowledge is a plus
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Project Management skills
  • Able to be influent beyond hierarchies
  • Capable to find solutions through synthesis and mediation rather than through a top-down hierarchic approach
  • Empathetic and collaborative
  • Entrepreneurial approach: when he/she envisions a direction is able to engage the right people and lead them to the goal
  • English: fluent
