- Design visual and multimedia content including graphics, infographics, presentations, videos, and promotional materials.
- Manage and optimize the organization’s website, social media accounts, and digital campaigns, using analytics to inform strategy.
- Capture and document organizational events through photography, videography, and multimedia storytelling.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and support IT infrastructure including computers, networks, internet connectivity, and peripheral devices.
- Provide frontline technical assistance to staff on hardware, software, and digital collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Google Workspace).
- Ensure data security, perform regular system backups, apply software updates, and uphold IT compliance standards.
- Organize and manage digital filing systems, cloud storage, and internal databases for efficient information retrieval.
- Support virtual events, webinars, online trainings, and live-streamed content with technical coordination and on-site support.
- Enforce consistent branding standards across all digital and printed communication materials.
- Monitor and integrate emerging trends in digital communication and information technology to enhance organizational performance.
