Job Description

This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You’ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
 

About the Role

In this role, you will ensure the successful deployment of marketing campaigns to the proper audience, execute with excellence and contribute to the program's strategic approach.

What You’ll Do

  • Build triggered, automated and journey-based marketing campaigns within various tools (SFMC, Adobe Campaign, Movable Ink, etc.)

  • Perform day-to-day marketing activities, including email campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, tagging and deployment of dynamic campaigns

  • Maintain documentation and communication to support campaign setup

  • Ensure the team has the data and audiences required to execute the campaigns

  • Ensure all deliverables are met, including proofing, QA, requesting offers, reporting and maintaining documentation

  • Manage, prioritize and deliver on ad hoc requests

  • Gather and analyze performance results and insights to help inform future planning

  • Communicate with media channel owners and marketing teams to ensure all parties are aligned with the media plan, execution and performance

  • QA audience creation and campaign details

  • Additional tasks may be assigned

What Skills You Have

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or 1-3 years of experience in Marketing or a related field 

  • Proficiency using Word, Excel and Google Suite products

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Statistics or similar

  • Experience working with marketing tools

  • Previous media experience in traditional and digital media

  • Ability to use a personal computer for tasks such as communicating, preparing reports, etc.

  • Ability to plan, prioritize and monitor activities across business units

  • Ability to complete or oversee the completion of assigned projects in a timely manner

  • Ability to comply with health and safety standards
