- Co-create problem statements with the relevant stakeholders.
- Develop campaign wrap reports, attribution analysis, advertiser performance deep dives
- Directly influences media pricing, inventory packaging, and inventory optimisation
- Refresh, maintain and enhance existing reports and dashboards. Develop thorough understanding of the backend, metrics definitions, refresh process and business use case.
- Understand Cashrewards’ data architecture and recognize the best source to get inputs for analysis.
- Partner with various business units like Sales, Product, Marketing and Retail media to power their day-to-day decisions using data and insights.
- Foster a culture of innovation and analytical thinking across the business, including facilitating implementation and training of self-serve tools
- Maintain and seek to improve current systems and data pipelines and workflows
- Work with AWS Redshift, S3, SQL Server, Bitbucket and Power BI.
About You
- Experience of working in Marketing, Ad Tech, Media Agency or Retail Media teams
- Proficient knowledge in SQL and extensive experience with visualisation tools such as Power BI and DAX, with the ability to design reports with large data sets and with scalability in mind along with the ability to diagnose reports and remedy issues or make improvements.
- Strong experience in campaign analysis, including wrap reports, attribution modeling, and performance deep dives
- Show understanding of Ad-servers, DSPs. Have used Google Analytics, Looker.
- Experience in automating ETL workflows within a hybrid data architecture, leveraging tools like Control-M, Airflow, or dbt to manage data movement between S3 (data lake), Redshift (data warehouse), and SQL Server.
- Ability to optimise and automate data refresh processes for Power BI and Excel dashboards by implementing robust ETL workflows and scheduling mechanisms
- Ability to design stored procedures and schedule them for reports and dashboards that need to be refreshed on a regular cadence
- Demonstrates utilisation of data to discover insights, predict behaviour, add value and visualise results and patterns to provide recommendations to support Cashrewards’ ambitions
