Mechanical Services Engineer (Agricultural) / Technical Field Service Engineers
Opportunities are now available for Bateman Service Engineers. We are looking for full-time, permanent Service Engineers to deliver our excellent service level standards.
If you;
- Have current agricultural engineering experience - mechanical, hydraulic and/ or electrical or strong transferable skills/experience.
- Are self-starting, motivated and able to manage your time well.
- Have a positive attitude and enjoy meeting people.
- Have great communication skills, are reliable and understand the importance of detail.
- Want to learn new skills and get job satisfaction.
- Are prepared to travel, including overnight stays.
- Can be an effective team member and also work alone.
We will;
- Provide you with a company van, laptop and phone.
- Cover your hotel accommodation and business expenses.
- Provide an in-house induction, orientation and training program to get you to our ‘Bateman Certified’ level.

Skills Required
- Current agricultural engineering experience in mechanical, hydraulic or electrical systems (or strong transferable skills)
- Self-starting, motivated and able to manage time effectively
- Positive attitude and comfortable meeting and dealing with people
- Excellent communication skills, reliability, and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new skills and complete company training
- Prepared to travel for work, including overnight stays
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
