In the Industrial Engineering & Projects Department, we aim to deliver innovative and sustainable industrial solutions by designing, integrating, and implementing equipment and systems that support operational excellence and future growth.
MISSION:
In the domain of industrial equipment and project engineering,
- Lead engineering studies to identify and deliver the most effective technical solutions for industrial investment projects.
- Design, integrate, and implement equipment solutions in compliance with engineering standards, quality requirements, and project objectives.
- Manage project execution from concept through installation, commissioning, and final acceptance.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Good understanding of mechanical systems, equipment design, and industrial engineering principles
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, diagrams, and technical specifications
- Proficiency in mechanical design software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks
- Good knowledge of mechanical analysis and engineering calculations
- Understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Experience or exposure to project execution, equipment installation, or industrial engineering projects
- Ability to prepare technical reports, engineering documentation, and presentations
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Fluent in English (written & spoken, minimum B2 level)
Preferred:
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or capital investment projects
- Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, design reviews, and quality planning processes
- Experience managing suppliers, contractors, or engineering consultants
- Familiarity with equipment commissioning and factory/site acceptance testing
