Ancient Crunch Inc. is a food manufacturing company based in Hackettstown, NJ. We make healthy snacks that we're proud of and run an operation that's always moving… and growing exponentially. We are a tight-knit team with many, many moving parts. This company was built from the ground up… our CEO started this company out of his garage. Four years later, we are now operating out of our own manufacturing facility. That said, we’re looking for students and graduates who want to grow with us. We are looking to fill roles in Supply Chain, Chemical, Electrical, & Mechanical Engineering, Technology, Food Science, Agriculture, Business, and more. How does your degree apply to Ancient Crunch?

Mechanical Engineering:

Mechanical engineers are critical to keeping Ancient Crunch moving. As we grow, our equipment and production systems have grown with us. For context, we went from a turkey fryer to our massive JC Ford Line. When a line goes down, throughput suffers. When equipment isn't optimized, our ability to meet demand is impacted. That's where you come in.

You'll work hands-on with production equipment, line automation, maintenance systems, throughput, and process optimization, solving real problems on the factory floor and finding ways to make our operations reliable and efficient.
From troubleshooting equipment to improving how our lines run, you'll have the opportunity to see your engineering work come to life in a real production environment and directly impact how much we can produce.
