For us, people-centered engineering is about more than the people we serve — it’s representative of the engaged employee culture we’ve worked hard to create. We believe in investing in our people and their professional futures through continuous training, community involvement and the ability to develop a niche specialty. After all, that’s the whole reason we’re drawn to people-centered engineering: everyone wins.
