What Will You Do?
- Build New-Product-Introduction (NPI) document packages-curves, Technical Data Sheets, specifications, IOM manuals, and spare-parts lists-for upcoming product releases.
- Support failure analysis by gathering data and assisting with preliminary root-cause investigations on returned units.
- Update BOMs, drawings, and CAD models in our system and make sure released data is clean and complete.
- Review NCMR and manufacturing-deviation reports; capture go/no-go tolerances that help Quality decide if a part can ship.
- Assist with test-loop preparation and data logging for factory acceptance tests of new designs.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Enrolled in a BS program in Mechanical Engineering (or similar) with at least two years completed.
- Coursework or project experience with SolidWorks or Onshape
- Familiarity with basic mechanics of materials and fluid dynamics; FEA or CFD classwork
- Familiarity with use of a commercial FEA tool such as ANSYS for structural analysis.
- Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable asking questions.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
